We check your RC is clear
No hypothecation (an active loan against the vehicle), NCRB clearance, and it isn't blacklisted. We need your registration number and the last 5 digits of the chassis or engine number.

Understand what each means
- Hypothecation
- An active loan against the vehicle. It has to be cleared with the financer before the RC counts as clear.
- NCRB clearance
- A check against the National Crime Records Bureau, confirming the vehicle isn't linked to a reported theft or crime.
- Blacklisted
- Flagged by the RTO or police as ineligible for transactions, usually because it's stolen or under dispute.
- Form-2
- The formal application to scrap the vehicle, signed once you accept our quote.
- Form-3
- Given to you at pickup. It's your record that you've authorised us to scrap the vehicle.
- COD
- Certificate of Deposit: proof you scrapped at a registered facility. Worth 4–6% off the ex-showroom price of your next vehicle, transferable once.
- CVS
- Certificate of Vehicle Scrapping: proof the vehicle has actually been dismantled. Comes after the COD, with a dismantling video.
- DGELV
- The government portal that processes COD certificates and payments via Aadhaar e-KYC.
- RVSF
- Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility, the government licence that lets us do any of this. Sometimes called an EVSF in official documents.
- Unladen weight
- The vehicle's kerb weight, empty. The single biggest factor in what we pay, more than condition or mileage.
FAQs
Answers before you call
Common questions about the law, the price, pickup, documents and timing.
Is my petrol or diesel car legally required to be scrapped?
In most cases, yes. Under the National Vehicle Scrappage Policy, petrol vehicles over 15 years and diesel vehicles over 10 years cannot be re-registered in Rajasthan, and diesel bans are enforced across Delhi NCR under Supreme Court and NGT orders. Once a vehicle cannot be re-registered it cannot legally be driven, and it keeps accruing your liability until it is formally deregistered.
What is an RVSF, and why does it matter which one I use?
A Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility is licensed by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways to dismantle vehicles, complete government deregistration, and issue COD and CVS certificates. Only an RVSF can do this. If you sell to an unregistered scrap dealer, the vehicle stays registered in your name, so any fine, tax demand or crime involving that registration remains legally yours. You can check any facility against the MoRTH public register before you commit.

The Certificate of Deposit is proof you scrapped a vehicle at a registered facility, and it unlocks government-backed concessions on your next one, valid at any dealership in India.

How much will I actually get for my vehicle?
It depends on kerb weight, completeness and condition rather than on how well the vehicle runs, so a non-running car is still worth a substantial amount. As a guide, small hatchbacks fall around ₹40,000–₹80,000, premium hatchbacks ₹60,000–₹1,20,000, sedans ₹80,000–₹1,40,000, SUVs and MUVs ₹1,00,000–₹1,80,000, and commercial vehicles from ₹1,00,000 upward. The COD benefit on your next vehicle comes on top of that. Leave your number in the form at the top and we confirm the exact figure for your model, free of charge, at inspection.
Do you offer free pickup?
Pickup anywhere in Jaipur is free and usually same-day once you have accepted the price. Across the rest of Rajasthan, Delhi NCR and Haryana we coordinate collection and bring the vehicle in ourselves. Call or WhatsApp us and we will arrange it.
Can I scrap an accident-damaged or non-running vehicle?
Yes. We accept accident-damaged, seized and long-abandoned vehicles, and we arrange towing at no extra charge. Value is based on salvageable weight and parts, so we can quote without the vehicle ever starting.
What documents do I need?
The original Registration Certificate and a photo ID matching the registered owner cover most cases. If the RC is lost, the vehicle is financed, or the registered owner has died, there is a documented route for each. Tell us the situation on the call, and we will tell you exactly what is needed before we collect anything.
How long does the whole process take?
Typically two to four working days from quote to your COD certificate. Evaluation on day one, pickup and payment on day two, then government deregistration and your COD by day three or four. You are paid before the vehicle is dismantled, not after. The CVS, the certificate proving the vehicle has actually been dismantled, follows 30 to 60 days later with a dismantling video.
